Why Dusk Therapy?
​Between night and day lay dawn and dusk... thresholds of change, keepers of transition. You cannot have the brightness of day and the dark of night without traveling in-between.

I started Dusk Therapy because I know what it’s like to experience the in-between:
Between who you’ve been and who you want to be.
Between pain and healing. ​
Between what the world expects and what your body knows.

I’m Meg (she/her), a therapist who works with people navigating the messy, necessary, and beautiful transitions of identity, intimacy, and self-worth.​ As a Queer clinician trained in sex therapy, I’ve built Dusk Therapy as a place for people who don’t always see themselves in traditional mental health spaces. People seeking more than coping skills. People who are looking to come home to themselves.
